o IN <br />- Review the City's previous Water Master Plan. <br />- Review Seminole County's Water Supply Plan (2008), which includes all utilities <br />within Seminole County. <br />- Review the City's current Consumptive Use Permit. <br />- Review information provided by the City related to the State Road 46 Alternative <br />Water Supply Project. <br />- Review information related to areas rezoned within the City to allow for higher <br />population density in the future. <br />Data Required: City's previous Water Master Plan, , Seminole County Water Supply <br />Plan (2008), the City's current CUP, information related to the State Road 46 Alternative <br />Water Supply Project, City rezoning information. <br />TASK 3.0 — WATER DEMAND PROJECTION UPDATE <br />The ongoing economic downturn has resulted in reduced water demands for many <br />municipalities throughout the state of Florida, including the City. It is of critical <br />importance to the Water Quality Master Plan & CIP to accurately account for these <br />reduced water demands in order to provide a plan for the City to satisfy its water master <br />planning needs in the most cost efficient manner. Additionally, water demand <br />projections utilized as part of this Scope will need to be consistent with water demand <br />projections presented to the St. John's River Water Management District (SRJWMD) for <br />use in the City's ongoing efforts to compete the 5 -Year Compliance Report associated <br />with the City's CUP, as well as other City planning efforts. <br />REI will: <br />- Utilize the City's most current water demand projections, as developed by the City <br />for use in their 5 -Year CUP Compliance Report to the SJRWMD, to complete <br />subsequent task items in this scope. <br />- Consider the impact of water conservation and reuse on future water demand <br />projections. <br />- Consider the impact of potential rezoning on water demand projections, based on <br />information provided by the City and its Planning Department. <br />Data Required: Current water demand projections developed by the City for its 5 -Year <br />CUP Compliance Report for the SJRWMD, the City's Reclaimed Water Master Plan, the <br />City's Water Conservation Plan, information regarding areas with potential rezoning into <br />a higher population density <br />Deliverables: <br />Page 3 of 14 <br />
