The scope is detailed in the task sections in the following pages. <br />TASK 1.0 — PROJECT ADMINISTRATION <br />REI will perform project administration services for the project as defined in Tasks 1.1 <br />and 1.2 below. <br />Task LI - Kick -Off Meeting <br />REI will: <br />- Prepare for and attend a project "kick-off' meeting to discuss the project goals and <br />objectives, clarify roles and assignments, as well as review the project schedule and <br />deliverables. <br />Task 1.2 - Progress Meetings, Coordination and Workshops <br />REI will: <br />- Prepare for and attend progress meetings to be held every four weeks or as requested <br />for the duration of the project to review progress of the project and project schedule. <br />REI will prepare and submit progress meeting agenda to the City. <br />- Perform general project coordination and management activities, including general <br />administrative activities, as well as specific coordination activities with the City and <br />other representatives as appropriate. Prepare and submit to the City progress reports <br />and invoices for this assignment. <br />- Perform project Workshops with the City staff for "key" activities such as the <br />hydraulic modeling effort, alternative development review and training activities. For <br />the purposes of preparing this scope, it is assumed that four (4) three hour workshops <br />will be held with the City. <br />Data Required: City staff availability <br />Deliverables: <br />♦ Monthly update meetings <br />TASK 2.0 — REVIEW OF EXISTING CONDITIONS <br />REI will perform a detailed review of available information relative to previous water <br />and wastewater master planning efforts developed for the City, as well as other relevant <br />documentation, in order to support the goal of developing an updated Water Quality <br />Master Plan & CIP to guide implementation of the City's future potable water system. <br />Page 2 of 14 <br />
