Appendix A - Cost Matrix for Grab Samples The following matrix summarizes the sample collection costs, lab analysis for basic ambient parameters, data review, upload to Seminole Water Atlas, and biannual data uploaded to STORET (via Atlas). The total annual costs in the matrix need to be multiplied by the sampling frequency (12 for monthly, 4 for quarterly, etc.). This cost matrix is based on grab samples. Up to ten (10) grab samples can be completed daily. Grab samples are those sample locations that do not require the use of watercraft to obtain (i.e. can be collected from stream bank, manmade structure, etc.), and still meet the FDEP SOP requirements for representative samples.
