Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Aramendia. Motion <br />carried unanimously by voice vote 4-0. <br />11. PUBLIC HEARING <br />No items were presented for consideration on this agenda. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Selection of Voting Delegate at the Florida League of Cities Annual Conference <br />Introduction: The Florida League of Cities (FLC) has asked each municipality to designate one official <br />to be the voting delegate for the Business Meeting scheduled for Saturday, August 13, 2022. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager recommended the City Commission consider designating a voting <br />delegate for the Florida League of Cities 96' Annual Conference. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address this item. <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to appoint Mayor David Henson as the City's <br />voting delegate at the Florida League of Cities Annual Conference Business <br />Meeting on Saturday, August 13, 2022. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Busch. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 4-0. <br />B. Dew Drop Park Improvements 30% Design Plan Presentation and Discussion <br />Staff Presentation: Healthy Community Manager Dean Fathelbab presented a summary of the 30% <br />design plans for the Dew Drop Park Improvements Project (PW 2110) completed by GAI Consultants, Inc., <br />which included an overview of the plans, cost estimates, comments from the public participation <br />workshops, key staff recommendations, and Parks and Recreation Advisory Board recommendations. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget at this time. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director are requesting guidance <br />from the City Commission regarding the 30% design plans to help develop the next iteration of plans. <br />
