Account Number Account Description Amount Increase: 110-0740-538.63-40 Infrastructure $61,584 110-0000-389.90-00 Other Non-operating Source $61,584 Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended approval of Change Order No. 1 to Amendment No. 3 to Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Contract Agreement with Wharton -Smith, Inc. for project PW 21 1 1 Lake Concord Park Art House Expansion and approval of related Budget Amendment #22-047. Approval to Apply for State Grant Funding in an amount of $250,000 to Make Necessarypairs to Brightwater Introduction: Approval to apply for a state grant seeking funding for renovations to the Brightwater property to prevent further deterioration is requested. Budget Impact: At this time there is no expected budget impact. Recommendation: The City Manager recommended approval to apply for state grant funding in an amount of $250,000 to make necessary repairs to Brightwater. K. Excuse Absence of Commissioner Andrew Meadows Introduction: Commissioner Andrew Meadows has advised that he will be out of town and unable to attend the June 27, 2022 Regular City Commission meeting. He has respectfully requested that his Excuse of Absence be placed on the Consent Agenda for consideration. Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Consent Agenda. MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 4-0.
