Resolution 22-3310 — Declaration of Surplus Real Property at 329 Seminola Boulevard "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 329 SEMINOLA BOULEVARD TO ENABLE THE SALE OF SAID PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 22-3310 declaring surplus real property located at 329 Serninola Boulevard and approval to sell is requested. Budget .Impact: There is no impact to the City's budget at this time. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Administrative Services Director recommended approval of Resolution 22-3310 Declaration of Surplus Real Property located at 329 Seminola Boulevard and approval to sell. E. Resolution 22-3311 — Memorandum of Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for State Highway Maintenance "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A STATE HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT CONTRACT NO. ASP02 BETWEEN THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 22-3311 which provides for approval of a Memorandum of Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the City to provide right-of-way maintenance services for portions of US 17-92 and SR 436 is requested. Budget Impact: There is no negative impact to the City Budget. The proposed agreement will result in an estimated $5,478.62 in additional revenue in FDOT 17-92 ROW Maintenance Reimbursement Account #001-0000-369.22-00 for Fiscal Year 2022 (compared to the previous agreement), as well as $156,572 in total revenue on an annual basis for three years. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works & Utilities Director recommended approval of Resolution 22-3311. F. Piggyback Agreement with George Gideon Auctioneers, Inc. for the Provision of Surplus Property Online Auction Services for the City of Casselbera Introduction: Approval to piggyback the School District of Osceola County, Florida On -Line Auction Services Agreement with George Gideon Auctioneers, Inc. for the provision of surplus property online auction services is requested.
