CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of April 11, 2022 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 8 of 10 <br />the City has no remaining large vacant land tracts. <br />- Direct staff to move forward with Comprehensive Plan comparison <br />and City Code rewrites for economic development purposes. <br />Budget Impact: There are no impacts to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended that the <br />City Commission direct staff to move forward with Coin prehensive Plan comparison and code rewrites to <br />accommodate urbanism for consideration. <br />Audience Participation: The following individuals came forward to address this item: <br />1. Bill Hufford, 527 Queens Mirror Circle, spoke in favor of the direction the City is proposing <br />to take relating to development, re -development and increasing urbanism. <br />2. Colleen Hufford, 527 Queens Mirror Circle, also spoke in favor of the direction the City was <br />proposing relating to future development and redevelopment. <br />No one else came forward to address this item. <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Mayor Henson announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Henson announced the rules of <br />decorum. No one came forward. <br />14. CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />Expressed appreciation to staff for their efforts in making the Food Truck event on Friday, <br />April 8"' and the Folk Festival on Saturday, April 9t" such wonderful and successful events. <br />15. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />No report. <br />16. CITY CLERK'S REPORT <br />No report. <br />
