CASSCL BERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of April 11,2022— Regular Meeting <br />Page 9 of 10 <br />17. CITY COMMISSIONERS' REPORTS/COMMENTS <br />Commissioner Mark Busch - Seat No. 3: <br />Agreed with the City Manager's comments about the City's recent events, noting that the <br />weather had been nice, and it was great to see people coming out to the events again. <br />Commissioner Andrew Meadows — Seat No. 2: <br />No report. <br />Commissioner/Vice Mayor Anthony Aramendia - Seat No. 1: <br />Congratulated Sergeant Jim Goodman on his upcoming retirement and long career with the <br />City. <br />Agreed that the Spring Jazz and Art Festival, the Friday food truck event on April 8`i' and the <br />Folk Festival on Saturday April 9`i' had all been successful events. <br />Reported that the Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) meeting on <br />Wednesday, April 6`i' had been hosted by Seminole State College at its Altamonte Springs <br />Campus and a very interesting presentation had been given on Seminole State's extensive <br />Nursing Program which includes robotics and simulation education. After the presentation, <br />each member present reported on development, events, and other news about their respective <br />agencies/organizations. <br />Mayor Henson — Seat No. 5: <br />Also agreed that all the City's recent events had been successful. <br />Advised that due to a scheduling conflict lie had been unable to attend the most recent <br />Leadership Seminole Board meeting. <br />Stated lie will be attending the MetroPlan Municipal Advisory Committee (MAC) meeting in <br />May. <br />18. ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business, Mayor Henson adjourned the meeting at 6:30 p.m. <br />
