The City requested a correction date of April 18, 2022. If no compliance by April 18, <br />2022 then a fine of $150.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. <br />The City requests a subsequent hearing date of April 21, 2022 to determine compliance. The Special <br />Magistrate asked if there was anyone present to speak to this case. There was a representative present. <br />Shane Hidle representative of Main Street Renewal advised the property was purchased as is and <br />described the violations. The Special Magistrate discussed the violations with Mr. Hidle.
