CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of January 10, 2022 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 11 of 13 <br />Account Number Account Description Amount <br />Increase: <br />403-0751-536.63-40 Distribution & Collection Infrastructure $1,482,418 <br />403-0000-389.90-00 Other Non -Operating Sources $1,482,418 <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval to award <br />ITB -2021-0791, execute a Construction Agreement with a value of $1,576,062 for the 17/92 Water Main <br />Looping (SR 436 to Ridge Road) project with DBE Management LLC dba DBE Utility Services and related <br />Budget Amendment #22-020 in the amount of $1,482,418. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address this item. <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to approve the award of ITB -2021-0791, <br />execution of a Construction Agreement with a value of $1,576,062 for the <br />17/92 Water Main Looping (SR 436 to Ridge Road) project with DBE <br />Management LLC dba DBE Utility Services and related Budget Amendment <br />#22-020 in the amount of $1,482,418, as presented. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Busch. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Mayor Henson announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments.
