Application for Florida Department of Environmental Protection Petroleum <br />Cleanup Participation Program <br />Introduction: Consideration of approval to apply for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection <br />Petroleum Cleanup Participation Program for eligibility to receive for State funds for petroleum <br />contamination assessment and remediation at the City's Water Reclamation Facility is requested. <br />Budget Impact: Submitting the site access agreement and applying for the Petroleum Cleanup <br />Participation Program creates no immediate impact to the City Budget. Any funding needed to be <br />contributed by the City is subject to future City Commission approval. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval to apply for <br />the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Petroleum Cleanup Participation Program for <br />eligibility to receive State funds for petroleum contamination assessment and remediation at the City's <br />Water Reclamation Facility. <br />I. Task Authorization No. 11 with Southeastern Surveying and Mapping Corporation <br />for Seminola Master Lift Station Renovation Updated Survey with Leal <br />Descriptions and Related Budget Amendment #22-008 <br />Introduction: Consideration of approval of Task Authorization No. 11 with Southeastern Surveying and <br />Mapping Corporation and related Budget Amendment #22-008 for updating the survey and legal <br />descriptions associated with the Seminola Master Lift Station Renovation in the amount of $1,080 is <br />requested. (Ref: SOQ-2018-0273) <br />
