CE -21-000651 433 Bridle Path <br />• City code 3-10.3.C.7 Swimming pool standards <br />Officer McDonald gave testimony that the property was reinspected and found to remain in violation on <br />September 14, 2021. The City requested a correction date of September 30, 2021, If no compliance by <br />September 30, 2021, then a fine of $250.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non- <br />compliance thereafter. The City requests a subsequent hearing date of October 21, 2021, to determine <br />compliance. <br />Bill Raley, 241 Tamleda Trl, Maitland, FL gave testimony and advised that the home belongs to a senior <br />citizen who was burned out of her home. Mr. Raley advised that the pool has been drained to a level that <br />will not compromise the pool and the chemical process has started. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -21-00065 1, located at 433 Bridle Path., was in violation <br />of the City Code Sections as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and evidence <br />provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violations by <br />1:00 P.M. September 30, 2021. If there is no compliance by September 30, 2021, then a fine of $200.00 <br />per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A subsequent hearing will <br />be held on October 21, 2021, to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASES - IN COMPLIANCE <br />CE -21-000206 1018 Wolf Trl. <br />CE -21-000266 730 Seminola Blvd. <br />CE -21-000386 2638 Cayman Way <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that the cases listed above would not be heard at the June 17, 2021 Code <br />Compliance hearing. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASE <br />CE -21-000190 691 Bayou Dr. <br />• City Code 1-4.3, No building permit <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that case 21-000190 located at 691 Bayou Dr., was not in compliance by the <br />date set by the Magistrate and fines should be imposed. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony, she also had affidavit <br />of non-compliance from Officer McDonald, indicating the property was not in compliance. Based upon <br />testimony and the affidavit, it was found that the property located at 691 Bayou Dr. was not in compliance <br />and fines should be imposed. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASE <br />CE -21-000262 750 SR 436 <br />• City Code 3-16.11 Sign maintenance <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that case 21-000262 located at 750 SR 436., was not in compliance by the <br />date set by the Magistrate and fines should be imposed. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony, she also had affidavit <br />of non-compliance from Officer McDonald, indicating the property was not in compliance. Based upon <br />testimony and the affidavit, it was found that the property located at 750 SR 436. was not in compliance <br />and fines should be imposed. <br />
