SUBSEQUENT CASE <br />CE -21-000303 1419 Huntington Dr. <br />• City Code 2-7.10.a Fence permit required <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that case 21-000303 located at 1419 Huntington Dr., was not in compliance <br />by the date set by the Magistrate and fines should be imposed. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony, she also had affidavit <br />of non-compliance from Officer McDonald, indicating the property was not in compliance. Based upon <br />testimony and the affidavit, it was found that the property located at 1419 Huntington Dr. was not in <br />compliance and fines should be imposed. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASE <br />CE -21-000346 1098 Timberlane Trl. <br />• City Code 2-7.10.a Fence permit required <br />• City Code 2-7.10.c.4 Finished side offence facing wrong way <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that case 21-000346 located at 1098 Timberlane Trl., was not in compliance <br />by the date set by the Magistrate and fines should be imposed. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell testimony, she also had affidavit <br />of non-compliance from Officer McDonald, indicating the property was not in compliance. Based upon <br />testimony and the affidavit, it was found that the property located at 1098 Timberlane Trl. was not in <br />compliance and fines should be imposed. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASE <br />CE -21-000387 2639 Cayman Way <br />• City Code 3-10.2.1.d Exterior walls <br />• City Code 3-10.3.a.1 Building and accessory structure painting. <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that case 21-000387 located at 2639 Cayman Way was not in compliance by <br />the date set by the Magistrate and fines should be imposed. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony, she also had affidavit <br />of non-compliance from Officer Acevedo, indicating the property was not in compliance. Based upon <br />testimony and the affidavit, it was found that the property located at 2639 Cayman Way was not in <br />compliance and fines should be imposed. <br />CE -20-002248 831 N Triplet Lake Dr. <br />• City Code 1-4.3.a, No building permit <br />Officer Acevedo gave testimony and advised that the property was reinspected and found to remain in <br />violation on September 13, 2021. The City requested a correction date of October 14, 2021. If no <br />compliance by October 14, 2021, then a fine of $100.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of <br />noncompliance thereafter. The City requests a subsequent hearing date of October 21, 2021, to determine <br />compliance. <br />4 <br />
