The City requested a <br />correction date of February 4, 2021. If no compliance by February 4, 2021, then a fine of $100.00 per day <br />should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requested a subsequent hearing <br />date of February 4, 2021 to determine compliance. The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone <br />wishing to speak to this case, there was no one present. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -20-002220, located at 650 Jasmine Rd., was in violation of <br />the City Code Section as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and evidence provided <br />by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violation by 1:00 P.M. <br />February 4, 2021. If there is no compliance by February 4, 2021, then a fine of $100.00 per day will be <br />imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance.
