The resident is supposed to be maintaining and there is a <br />band aid on the roof now. Supposedly the roof does not leak but Mr. Casselberry knows it needs to be <br />scraped off and replaced or repaired. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -20-002123, located at 821 Gee Creek Ct., was in violation <br />of the City Code Section as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and evidence provided <br />by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violation by 1:00 P.M. <br />March 15, 2021. If there is no compliance by March 15, 2021, then a fine of $100.00 per day will be <br />imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. The City requested a <br />correction date of March 4, 2021. If no compliance by March 4, 2021, then a fine of $100.00 per day should <br />then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requested a subsequent hearing date <br />of March 18, 2021 to determine compliance. Mr. Gonzalez was not aware he needed permits but is working on <br />what is needed to obtain permits. <br />The Special Magistrate asked wat work was done. Mr. Gonzales advised it was a lot of work, carport <br />enclosed, new windows, moved water heater, electric outlets were added. The Special Magistrate also asked <br />for what reason did Mr. Gonzales purchase this home.
