Supervisor Campbell advised that the above cases were in compliance by the date set by the Special <br />Magistrate and no fines should be imposed. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that affidavits of compliance were provided and signed by Officer <br />McDonald for the addresses of 240 Colony Dr., 613 Legacy Park Dr., 1017 Osceola Trl. and 1164 Park Dr. <br />Based on the affidavits and testimony provided, the properties are in compliance and cases closed with no <br />fines. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASES NOT IN COMPLIANCE <br />CE -20-002254 650 Crestview Dr. <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that case 20-002254, located at 650 Crestview Dr. was not in <br />compliance by the date set by the Magistrate and fines should be imposed as ordered. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony, she also had <br />an affidavit of non-compliance from Officer McDonald, indicating the property was not in <br />compliance. Based upon testimony and the affidavit, it was found that the property at 650 <br />Crestview Dr. was not in compliance and fines of $100.00 per day should be imposed, beginning <br />January 16, 2021 and will accrue until there is compliance. <br />CE -20-002269 241 Ivy Farm Ln. <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that case 20-002269, located at 241 Ivy Farm Ln. was not in <br />compliance by the date set by the Magistrate and fines should be imposed as ordered. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony, she also had <br />an affidavit of non-compliance from Officer McDonald, indicating the property was not in <br />compliance. Based upon testimony and the affidavit, it was found that the property at 241 Ivy Farm <br />Ln. was not in compliance and fines of $250.00 per day should be imposed, beginning December <br />19, 2020 and will accrue until there is compliance. <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />There was no other business discussed. <br />ADJOURNMENT OF MEETING <br />The Special Magistrate adjourned the meeting at 7:39 m. <br />Date: ho - <br />Karen "Kara" Z.
