In response to the Commission's question, Ms. Neysa Borkert, City Attorney, explained the purpose of the PUD Agreement process. Mr. Bakalla arrived at the meeting at 6:41 p.m. Mr. Phillips asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Sam Sebaali, Florida Engineering Group, 5127 South Orange Avenue, Suite 200, Orlando, Florida came forward. In response to the Commission's question, Mr. Sebaali explained that the roundabout serves as an access for the lots on the north side of the development and to provide an area for emergency vehicles to turn around. He said the roundabout would have landscaping and parking. In response to the Commission's question, Ms. Hyson stated that this development is located within the Oxford Park Overlay District. In response to the Commission's question regarding installation of electric car charging stations in the Oxford Park Overlay District, Ms. Hyson stated she would need to research the City Code. Mr. Phillips asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the request. No one came forward. In response to Mr. Bakalla's question regarding his ability to vote on this agenda item due to the fact he missed staffs presentation, Ms. Borkert explained that he could vote on this item. She said the information staff presented was included in the staff report. City. A general discussion ensued regarding the installation of car charging stations for future development in the Mr. Phillips asked for a motion to address ZB 21-01. Ms. Divita made a motion that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend approval of case number ZB 21-01 to the City Commission, based on the staff report, the testimony and evidence presented and Attachments A & B. Ms. Saporito seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote.
