CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION/ <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a meeting on <br />Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present: <br />Robert Phillips, Chairman <br />Dan Hale, Vice Chairman <br />Ed Bowman <br />Michelle Saporito <br />Nancy Divita <br />Edmund Bakalla <br />Members absent: <br />Shannon Campbell <br />Planning and Zoning Commission Attorney: <br />Neysa Borkert <br />Staff members present: <br />Christina Hyson, Planner II <br />Jonathan Tardif, Planner I <br />Joni Dixon, Secretary <br />First Item of Business: Call to Order/Roll Call. <br />The meeting was called to order by Mr. Phillips at 6:31 p.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. <br />Second Item of Business: Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Mr. Phillips led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Third Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />No disclosure of Ex Parte Communications was made by the Commissioners. <br />Fourth Item of Business: ZB 21-01: Marquis Townhomes PUD Zoning Amendment. A request to approve a <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) Agreement and Concept Plan for two (2) parcels with PMX-HIGH (Planned <br />Mixed -Use: High Rise) zoning that are generally located on the northeast corner of South U.S. Highway 17.92 <br />and Grandpine Way. <br />Ms. Christina Hyson, Planner II, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated April 14, 2021 <br />to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission. Ms. Hyson said staff recommends that the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission recommend approval of case number ZB 21-01 to the City Commission, based on the staff <br />
