Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency Minutes <br />February 10, 2021 <br />Page 5 <br />In response to the Commission's comments, Ms. Hyson stated as part of the site plan process, the applicant <br />is dedicating approximately 10 feet on the east side of the property along Jergo Road to Seminole County for <br />pedestrian improvements. <br />Mr. Phillips asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Chad Moorhead, Madden, Moorhead, & Stokes, 431 <br />East Horatio Avenue, Maitland, Florida came forward. There were no questions for the applicant. <br />Mr. Phillips asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Phillips asked for a motion to address ZB 20-03. Mr. Hale made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission provide a favorable recommendation to the City Commission for approval of case number ZB 20-03 for <br />rezoning of 3110 Howell Branch Road and 3128 Orava Lane, the recommendation is based on the findings of facts <br />and conclusions of the staff report dated February 10, 2021, and Attachment A and B. Mr. Bowman seconded the <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Ninth Item of Business: ZB 20.05: Rezoning at 1391 SR 436. A request to amend the Official Zoning Map from <br />CG (Commercial General) to PMX-MID (Planned Mixed -Use: Medium Rise) for the parcel located at 1391 SR <br />436. <br />Ms. Christina Hyson, Planner II, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated February 10, <br />2021 to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission. Ms. Hyson made the following correction to page <br />3, 6B, of the PUD Agreement to include administrative services (public and not-for-profit) to the permitted principal <br />uses. <br />Ms. Hyson said staff recommends that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend approval of case <br />number ZB 20-05 to the City Commission, based on the staff report and the testimony and evidence presented, that <br />the request meets the applicable provisions of the Unified Land Development Regulations, and is consistent with the <br />Comprehensive Plan as per the written findings contained in the staff report. <br />In response to the Commission's question, Ms. Borkert explained that the edit to the PUD Agreement should <br />be included in the recommendation to the City Commission. <br />Mr. Phillips asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. David Morse, B&D Casselberry LLC, 2221 Lee Road, <br />Suite 11, Winter Park, Florida came forward. There were no questions for the applicant. <br />
