Resolution 21-3269 — Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County for Geographic <br />Information System Data Sharing <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />SEMINOLE COUNTY, THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, MUNICIPALITIES WITHIN <br />SEMINOLE COUNTY, AND THE SEMINOLE COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER FOR <br />GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Approval of Resolution 21-3269 which provides for approval of entering into a Geographic <br />Information System (GIS) Interlocal Agreement between Seminole County and the cities of Casselberry, <br />Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Longwood, Oviedo, Sanford, and Winter Springs and the Seminole County <br />Property Appraiser is requested. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Administrative Services Director recommended approval <br />of Resolution 21-3269. <br />E. Budget Amendment #21-048 — Donation from State Law Enforcement Trust Funds <br />Introduction: Approval of Budget Amendment #21-048 which provides for approval to donate $1000 <br />from State Law Enforcement Trust Funds to the Central Florida Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors <br />is requested. <br />Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #21-048 will establish the budget for this expenditure by increasing <br />the State Law Enforcement Trust Fund Aids to Private Organizations account no. 104-0610-521.82-00 and <br />Other Non -Operating Sources account no. 104-0000-389.90-00 by $1000. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of Budget Amendment <br />#21-048. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Consent Agenda. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Busch. Motion carried unanimously by <br />voice vote 5-0. <br />
