Resolution 21-3269 — Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County for Geographic Information System Data Sharing "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN SEMINOLE COUNTY, THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, MUNICIPALITIES WITHIN SEMINOLE COUNTY, AND THE SEMINOLE COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER FOR GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 21-3269 which provides for approval of entering into a Geographic Information System (GIS) Interlocal Agreement between Seminole County and the cities of Casselberry, Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Longwood, Oviedo, Sanford, and Winter Springs and the Seminole County Property Appraiser is requested. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Administrative Services Director recommended approval of Resolution 21-3269. E. Budget Amendment #21-048 — Donation from State Law Enforcement Trust Funds Introduction: Approval of Budget Amendment #21-048 which provides for approval to donate $1000 from State Law Enforcement Trust Funds to the Central Florida Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors is requested. Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #21-048 will establish the budget for this expenditure by increasing the State Law Enforcement Trust Fund Aids to Private Organizations account no. 104-0610-521.82-00 and Other Non -Operating Sources account no. 104-0000-389.90-00 by $1000. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of Budget Amendment #21-048. Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Consent Agenda. MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Busch. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0.
