Future Agenda Items <br />No items were presented for consideration. <br />B. Municipal Advisory Committee (Metroplan) Report <br />Mayor Henson had no report but advised that the next meeting would be held November 01. <br />C. Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) Report <br />No report. <br />D. Leadership Seminole Board Rem <br />Mayor Henson reported lie had attended a Zoom meeting of the group on September 17t1, and advised that <br />the current class is full and moving forward but had nothing more to report. <br />E. Mayors/Managers Group Report <br />Mayor Henson reported the group met on September 20t1, and the main topic of discussion had been on the <br />renewal of the One -Cent Sales Tax. Mr. Newlon added that the 3'd Generation One -Cent Sales Tax was <br />due to sunset in three years and in two years it will be able to be placed on the ballot to be considered for <br />authorization for another ten years. He noted that the City Commission and staff should now be thinking <br />about what projects might be funded by the sales tax monies so the City would be prepared to respond to <br />Seminole County when a timeline is determined for submission of this type of information relating to a <br />possible 01 Generation Sales Tax. <br />9. RESOLUTIONS <br />A. Resolution 21-3270 — Approval and Adoption of the City of Casselberry <br />Evaluation and Transition Plan <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 21-3270 by title, as follows: <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT <br />(ADA) EVALUATION AND TRANSITION PLAN FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />
