SECTION II. Part 111, Article X, Section 3-10.10 (Adopted Standard Building Code, Fire Code <br />and Related Codes), of the Casselberry City Code (Unified Land Development Regulations) shall be <br />deleted in its entirety. <br />SECTION 111. Part 111, Article VII, Section 2-7.13 (Swimming Pools), of the Casselberry City <br />Code (Unified Land Development Regulations) shall be deleted in its entirety. <br />SECTION IV. Chapter 74 (Swimming Pools), of the City of Casselberry City Code shall be <br />deleted in its entirety. <br />SECTION V. There is hereby created two new articles in Pan III of the Casselberry City Code <br />(Unified Land Development Regulations) that shall contain all of the regulations that have been <br />deleted in Sections I, Il and III of this ordinance. Such articles shall be shall be entitled, Part 111, <br />Chapter 1, Article IV: Building Regulations, and Part 111, Chapter 1, Article V: Swimming Pools. <br />The articles thus created shall be worded as follows: <br />Section 1-4.1. Adopted Codes. <br />Pursuant to F.S. 6 553.73. the City of Casselberry has ado Dted and enforces the <br />following building codes which have been duly authorized for use in Florida by the State <br />Board of Building Codes and Standards: <br />0 Standard Code. 1994: the Standard Building Code. the Standard Plumbiniz Code: the <br />Standard Mechanical Code: the Standard Gas Code: and the Standard Housing <br />Code. <br />In addition pursuant to F.S. 6 553.73. the City of Casselberry enforces the following <br />codes and state statutes: <br />The reguirements for accessibility by Dhvsicallv disabled persons as specified in the <br />Florida Accessibilitv Code for Building Construction. Januar v 1994 Edition with <br />1996 Addendum, prepared by the Florida Department of Community Affairs. <br />The Energy Efficiency Code for Building Construction. 1993 edition, developed by <br />the Florida Department of Communiiy-Affairs; <br />0 The 1996 edition of the National Electrical Codeā€¢ <br />, <br />0 Americans with Disabilities Act: and <br />0 The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Codes and Advisory Standards - <br />0 The Ci tv of Casselberry Fire Code and the state fire marshall's rules. <br />Ordinance #97-882, Page 2 of 20 <br />
