The Citv may reauire as a condition of development aonroval that all applicable fedgral, <br />state and local laws be sat:iZied. <br />The Citv has also adopted other fire prevention and fire safety Drovisions as nart of the <br />Citv Code of Ordinances includingbut not limited. to Chanter 42: Fire Preventionand <br />fire safety provisions within the land development regulations. <br />Section 1-4.2. Administration. <br />The Administrative Official shall be the Director of the Communitv Development <br />Denartment and shall be charged with enforcement of the provisions of this building <br />code. The Administrative Official may authorize, nwriting, a staff member who is <br />qualified as a building official pursuant to themovisions of Florida Statutes_ Chapter <br />468. Part XIII, Building Code Administrators and Inspectors to enforce the provisions of <br />this code. <br />Section 1-4.3. Building Permits. <br />A. Building aermits required No building or other structure shall be _erected <br />demolished, moved. added to, or structurally altered without a permit therefor, issued by <br />the Administrative Official. Where site plan aDDroval is reauired pursuant to Article <br />XVIII of the land development regulations. the approved site .plan shall be submitted <br />with the building, permit application. No building permit shall be issued except in <br />conformitv with the nrovisions of the land develorment regulations. as ma v be Drovided <br />for herein. No building permit shall be issued until concurrenev management Droararn <br />requirements are met (reference Article IX). No building permit shall be issued except in <br />co formitv with provisions of the land development regulations and av)licable building <br />and fire codes, <br />B. AIWlication for building oermit. All aDDlications,for, building permits for anystructure <br />shall be accompanied by a site plan, unless no site plan is required pursuant to _Article <br />XVIII of the LDR. In such casethe application for a building permit shall include a <br />scale drawing at one inch to 20 feet, in triplicate, showing the following information: <br />1. The actual dimensions and shape of the lot or lots to be builLUon,-. <br />2. The exact sizes and locations on the lots of buildings already existing, if any: <br />3. The location and dimensions of the DroDosed building or alteration: <br />4. When applicable, the required parking SDaces, loading and unloading spaces, <br />maneuvering sDace and openings for ingress and egress: <br />5.
