(RFP -2019-0515) <br />Budget Impact: Sufficient funding is budgeted and available in General Fund Accounting and Auditing <br />Account #001-0130-513.32-00 for FY 2021. Appropriations beyond FY 2021 will be appropriated through <br />the annual budget adoption process. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Amendment <br />#I to the agreement with Foster and Foster Consulting Actuaries, Inc. for actuarial services, exercising the <br />options to renew for two (2) one (1) year periods and increasing the amount of the agreement for an amount <br />not -to -exceed $30,868.85 for a total of $57,568.85 over the five (5) year period. <br />F. Resolution 21-3240 — Agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental <br />Protection for a Sand and Grit Removal Grant for Wastewater Treatment Facilities <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION FOR A SAND AND <br />GRIT REMOVAL GRANT FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES; PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 21-3240 provides for approval of an Agreement with the Florida Department of <br />Environmental Protection (FDEP) for the Sand and Grit Removal Grant for Wastewater Treatment <br />Facilities in a total amount not to exceed $30,715.00, including a local match of $15,357.50. <br />Budget Impact: Funds are currently available in the FY 2021 Water Reclamation Repair and Maintenance <br />account #407-0753-535.46-00 to allocate the match and allow expenditures on a reimbursement basis. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 21-3240. <br />G. Application for Department of Justice Assistance Bulletproof Vest Partnership <br />Grant Award FY 21 <br />Introduction: Approval to submit a grant application through the Bureau of Justice Assistance, U.S. <br />Department of Justice, to the Bulletproof Vest Partnership Program for grant funding to partially fund <br />bullet -resistant body armor approved by the National Institute of Justice for designated use by the City of <br />Casselberry is requested. <br />Budget Impact: Sufficient funds for the purchase of bulletproof vests have been budgeted in law <br />Enforcement/Operating Supplies account 001-0610-521.52-00. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval to participate in the <br />grant application for FY 21 grant funds. <br />
