Resolution 14-2639— Award of Bid for #RFQ 2014-1 to Polygon US Corporation as <br />Primary for Disaster Cleanup <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AWARDING THE BID FOR RFQ 2014-1 AND APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH POLYGON <br />US CORPORATION AS PRIMARY VENDOR FOR DISASTER CLEANUP SERVICES; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 14-2639 awards the bid for RFQ 2014-1 to, and approves an Agreement with, <br />Polygon US Corporation as the primary vendor to provide Disaster Cleanup Services on an as needed basis and <br />authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: Polygon US Corporation will utilize the pricing structure in the proposal in the event an <br />emergency cleanup is required. Total cost of any cleanup will be determined at that time along with budgetary <br />impact. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />14-2639. <br />E. Resolution 14-2640 — Award of Bid for #RFQ 2014-1 to Royal Plus as Secondary for <br />Disaster Cleanup Services <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AWARDING THE BID FOR RFQ 2014-1 AND APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH ROYAL <br />PLUS AS SECONDARY VENDOR FOR DISASTER CLEANUP SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 14-2640 awards the bid for RFQ 2014-1 to, and approves an Agreement with, <br />Royal Plus as the secondary vendor to provide Disaster Cleanup Services on an as needed basis and authorizes <br />the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: Royal Plus will utilize the pricing structure in the proposal in the event an emergency <br />cleanup is required. Resolution 14-2641 — School Resource Officer Agreement for 2014-2015 School <br />Year <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY AND THE SEMINOLE COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD FOR SERVICES OF A <br />SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER FOR THE 2014-2015 SCHOOL YEAR; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />
