Leadership Seminole Board Report <br />Mayor Glancy reported that the first two classes of the year would be the "boot camp" classes giving the class <br />members the opportunity to get to know one another, and those would take place on Thursday and Friday, July <br />31 and August 1, 2014. She added that Seminole County Sheriff Don Eslinger again made a presentation <br />regarding the upcoming proposed legislation to legalize marijuana, providing information on the dangers <br />involved with passing such legislation. <br />D. Mayors/Managers Group Report <br />No report. <br />E. Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) Report <br />No report. <br />F. Seminole County Redevelopment Planning Agency Report <br />No report. <br />G. City Center Property Development Report <br />Commissioner Aramendia advised he had not been able to attend the last meeting, but reported that individual <br />negotiations with the developers in an effort to work out the details of the developers' agreement would begin <br />on Tuesday, July 29, 2014. <br />9. RESOLUTIONS <br />A. Resolution 14-2635 — Contract for Purchase and Sale of AMF Bowling Centers Inc. <br />Improved Commercial Property Located at 115 Wilshire Blvd., Casselberry Florida <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 14-2635 by title as follows: <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING A CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE AND SALE BETWEEN AMF BOWLING <br />CENTERS, INC. AND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 115 <br />WILSHIRE BLVD., CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />
