City Center Property Development Report <br />Mr. Newlon advised he would be scheduling appointments later in the week for each commissioner to meet <br />individually with ACi to discuss the public space design for the development. He added that City staff and the <br />City Attorney had been working with the developers on the development and construction agreement which <br />was now being reviewed by the developers' attorneys. He stated that once their feedback was received, staff <br />would again meet with the developers to hammer out the final details of the agreement and would get it to the <br />Commission for consideration as soon as possible, which he was hopeful would be in August, 2014. <br />9. RESOLUTIONS <br />No items were presented for consideration on this agenda. <br />10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES <br />No items were presented for consideration on this agenda. <br />
