CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of February 10, 2014 —Regular Meeting <br />Page 4 of 12 <br />C. Casselberry Street Art Project — Lilac Road and Palm Drive <br />Introduction: This item provides for consideration to approve the painting of an art mural at the intersection <br />of Lilac Road and Palm Drive aimed at promoting community gathering, creating neighborhood amenities and <br />fostering neighborhood pride. <br />Budget Impact: Total budget impact for the program is not to exceed $200, which is available in Community <br />Development Other Current Charges account #001-0210-515.49.00. Donations from Home Depot and PPG <br />Industries will cover the remaining supply costs. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of <br />the Casselberry Street Art project located at the intersection of Lilac Road and Palm Drive. <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Hufford moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Aramendia. Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />8. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A. Future Agenda Items <br />No items were presented for consideration. <br />B. Municipal Advisory Committee (Metroplan) Report — Mayor Glancy <br />Reported that the Municipal Advisory Committee had met on Thursday, February 6, 2014 and the meeting had <br />focused on an update of FDOT's (Florida Department of Transportation's) feeder bus plan system for the <br />SunRail stations. She gave a brief overview of the data presented at the meeting. <br />C. Leadership Seminole Board Report — Mayor Glancy <br />No report. <br />D. Mayors/Managers Group Report — Mayor Glancy <br />No report. <br />
