CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of April 14, 2014 — Regular Meeting Page 7 of 19 Resolution 14-2593 — Amendment No. 2 to Supplemental Agreement No. 7 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for Additional Post - Design Services for the Granular Activated Carbon Treatment Addition Project "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO.7 WITH REISS ENGINEERING, INC. FOR POST DESIGN SERVICES RELATED TO THE GRANULAR ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER SYSTEM PROJECT AT THE SOUTH WATER TREATMENT PLANT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 14-2593 approves Amendment No. 2 to Supplemental Agreement No. 7 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc., for an amount not to exceed $42,000 without prior authorization for post -design services related to the South Water Treatment Plant Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Treatment Addition project, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Budget Impact: Necessary funding to cover the costs associated with Amendment No. 2 to Supplemental Agreement No. 7, for an amount not to exceed $42,000 without prior authorization, are available in the Water Production Professional Services Account #401-754-533.31-00. Recommendation: The Ciy Manager and the Public Works Director recommended the approval of Resolution 14-2593. Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Consent Agenda. MOTION: Vice Mayor Hufford moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Aramendia. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. 8. DISCUSSION ITEMS A.
