CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of April 14, 2014 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 8 of 19 <br />C. Leadership Seminole Board Report — Mayor Glancy <br />Reported that the last class she attended was very eventful and the one she enjoyed the most, but she had been <br />asked not to share details in the event one of the other Commissioners should take the class in the future. <br />D. Mayors/Managers Group Report — Mayor Glancy <br />No report. <br />G. Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) Report — <br />Commissioner Hufford <br />Reported that the meeting had been hosted by the City of Longwood and the presentation was on Longwood's <br />downtown area in relationship to SunRail. Commissioner Aramendia added that there was also some <br />discussion about improvements to Reiter Park and the desire to make it into a venue for events similar to those <br />held in Casselberry at Lake Concord Park. <br />F. Seminole County Redevelopment Planning Agency Report — Vice Mayor Solomon <br />Reported that at the April 10, 2014 meeting several mini -grants had been approved for sign and landscaping <br />improvements along U.S. Highway 17-92. She added that there was also discussion about the Winter Springs <br />entryway on U.S. Highway 17-92 and possible improvements along U.S. Highway 17-92 in Casselberry from <br />Seminola Boulevard to Laura Street. <br />G. City Center Property Development Report <br />Reported that at the last two meetings, ACi (Associated Consulting International) had shared its vision for City <br />park properties, including tree allocation. He added that ACi had been asked to develop some type of fountain <br />effect to separate the park and residential areas, which would also serve to mask traffic noise. He further added <br />that there was also discussion about what sort of traffic flow should be created where Triplet Lake Drive turns <br />into Quail Pond Circle and options for that were being investigated. <br />9. RESOLUTIONS <br />A. Resolution 14-2591— Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for Fiscal Year 2013 <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 14-2591 by title as follows: <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />ACCEPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />
