Budget Amendment #14-020 — Purchase of Replacement Pump for the Reflections <br />Lift Station <br />Introduction: Budget Amendment #14-020 provides for consideration to allocate $4,492 for the purchase of a <br />replacement pump at the Reflections Lift Station. <br />Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #14-020 provides for the transfer of $4,492 in funding from Public <br />Works Distribution & Collection Hold for Future Capital Outlay account #401-0751-536.67-99 to Public <br />Works Distribution & Collection Equipment Other account #401-0751-536.67-35. <br />BA #14-020 <br />Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide funding for a replacement <br />pump at the Reflections Lift Station. The use of funds from the Hold for Future Capital Outlay account was <br />necessitated due to an immediate need to replace the pump. Ratification of an Application for Pedestrian & Bicyclist Mobility Protect <br />Introduction: this item provides for consideration to ratify an application submittal to the Metroplan Orlando <br />Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) for the proposed Quail Pond Circle Connectivity <br />Improvements with a project cost of $297,000, including a proposed City Stormwater Utility Fund match of <br />$10,000. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget at this time. If the projects receive funding the City <br />would be committed to providing a total of $10,000 in matching funds from the Stormwater Utility Fund. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager, Community Development Director, and the Public Works Director <br />recommended ratification of the submittal of the aforesaid project to the Metroplan Orlando BPAC. <br />
