Motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Aramendia. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />Ms. Reischmann clarified that in referrals of this nature her firm does not immediately file the foreclosure <br />action; they first perform due diligence to determine whether it is financially feasible to file. She added that <br />staff would be advised in the event it would not be financially feasible. <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Mayor Glancy announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Glancy announced the rules of <br />decorum. The following individuals came forward: <br />Mayor Glancy passed the gavel to Vice Mayor Hufford and left the Commission Chambers at 4:34 p.m. <br />Mr. James Fraleigh, 23 Teresa Court, voiced concerns about various issues, including the <br />earlier agenda item requesting approval to pursue foreclosure; back pay for City employees; <br />issues with the City's water tower; and freedom of speech issues. <br />Mayor Glancy returned to the Commission Chambers at 4.-37p. m. <br />2. Mr. John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, expressed concerns about the Triplet Lake <br />Drive realignment proposal and related drainage and safety issues. He also voiced concerns <br />about safety issues caused by overgrown trees in Sunnytown Park. <br />3. Mr. Robert L. Elliott, IV, 538 Cascade Circle Unit 104, requested support for his suggestion <br />to name the flyover at Red Bug Lake Road and State Road 436 the "Casselberry Curve". <br />No one else came forward. <br />14. CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />• Reminded the Commissioners that an updated Quarterly City Commission Goals report had been <br />included in the agenda packet for their review <br />• Advised of an emergency replacement of a gravity sewer manhole at Lake Concord Park. <br />15. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />• No report. <br />
