CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of May 10, 2021 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 6 of 12 <br />next meeting is scheduled for June 3,d, and in-person meetings will resume in July. <br />Mayor Henson also shared the following information: <br />- Participated in the National Day of Prayer event hosted by Casselberry United Methodist <br />Church on Thursday, May 61h from 7-8 p.m. <br />- Attended a Zoom meeting with a representative of Bird Scooters who had expressed an interest <br />in bringing the electric scooter business into the City of Casselberry. Further noted Economic <br />Development Planner Dean Fathelbab also participated in the meeting. <br />C. Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) Report <br />No report. <br />D. Leadership Seminole Board Report <br />Mayor Henson had no report but advised that his last Leadership class would be held on Friday, May 141h. <br />E. Mayors/Managers Group Report <br />Mayor Henson had no report but advised that the next meeting would be hosted by the City of Oviedo on <br />Wednesday, May 19th <br />Mayor Henson also shared the following information: <br />- Will be attending the Tri -County League of Cities meeting on Thursday, May 20t1i, and will be <br />participating in a four-hour ethics class being offered by the League after the meeting. He <br />reminded the Commissioners that this is a required class each year and they could also sign up <br />to participate in the class on the 20t, if they wished to do so. <br />9. RESOLUTIONS <br />No items were presented for consideration on this agenda. <br />10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES <br />No items were presented for consideration on this agenda. <br />11.
