CASSCLBCRRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of September 24, 2018 — Regular Meeting Page 12 of 14 the applicants who were present at the meeting to address the City Commission if they wished. The following two applicants were present and addressed the City Commission: Mr. Felix Kreskey, 822 Dogwood Drive, stated he lived on Lake Kathryn and had worked before with other residents in the past to raise funds for maintenance of the lake. He stated he would be honored to serve and help wherever he could with water management issues in the Casselberry community. Mr. Gregory Case, 789 Mahogany Drive, stated he did not live on Lake Kathryn but near it, and he enjoyed using the lakes in the area. He added that he had family members who lived on Triplet Lake and he was always interested in the health of the water bodies that are a part of Casselberry. No one else came forward. Comanissioner Arainendia arrived at the meeting at S: 43 p.tn. Discussion: A brief discussion ensued regarding requirements of board membership, makeup of the board and the qualifications and experience of the applicants. MOTION: Commissioner Solomon moved to appoint Mr. Felix Kreskey and Mr. Gregory Case to the Lakes Management Advisory Board to fill the unexpired terms caused by the resignations of Mr. Brad Gonzalez and Mr. Paul Blais, terms effective to January 31, 2019. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Aramendia. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. Ms. Gardner advised Mr. Kreskey and Mr. Case she would be contacting them soon about the date and time of the next board meeting. that their terms would be effective through January 31, 2019, and she would be contacting them about the date and time of the next board meeting. She added that their terms were only effective through January 31, 2019 so she would also be requesting that they each complete a new board application in November or December to be considered for reappointment in January. 13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS Mayor Glancy announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Glancy announced the rules of decorum. No one came forward. 14. CITY MANAGER'S REPORT A.
