CASSCLBCRRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of September 24, 2018 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 12 of 14 <br />the applicants who were present at the meeting to address the City Commission if they wished. The <br />following two applicants were present and addressed the City Commission: <br />Mr. Felix Kreskey, 822 Dogwood Drive, stated he lived on Lake Kathryn and had worked <br />before with other residents in the past to raise funds for maintenance of the lake. He stated he <br />would be honored to serve and help wherever he could with water management issues in the <br />Casselberry community. <br />Mr. Gregory Case, 789 Mahogany Drive, stated he did not live on Lake Kathryn but near it, <br />and he enjoyed using the lakes in the area. He added that he had family members who lived <br />on Triplet Lake and he was always interested in the health of the water bodies that are a part of <br />Casselberry. <br />No one else came forward. <br />Comanissioner Arainendia arrived at the meeting at S: 43 p.tn. <br />Discussion: A brief discussion ensued regarding requirements of board membership, makeup of the board <br />and the qualifications and experience of the applicants. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Solomon moved to appoint Mr. Felix Kreskey and Mr. <br />Gregory Case to the Lakes Management Advisory Board to fill the unexpired <br />terms caused by the resignations of Mr. Brad Gonzalez and Mr. Paul Blais, <br />terms effective to January 31, 2019. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Aramendia. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />Ms. Gardner advised Mr. Kreskey and Mr. Case she would be contacting them soon about the date and time <br />of the next board meeting. that their terms would be effective through January 31, 2019, and she would be <br />contacting them about the date and time of the next board meeting. She added that their terms were only <br />effective through January 31, 2019 so she would also be requesting that they each complete a new board <br />application in November or December to be considered for reappointment in January. <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Mayor Glancy announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Glancy announced the rules of <br />decorum. No one came forward. <br />14. CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />A. Procurement Approvals Information Report for the Period August 1 2018 through <br />August 31, 2018 <br />Mr. Newlon advised that the Procurement Approvals Information Report for the month of August 2018 was <br />contained in the Commissioners' agenda packets for review. He noted that the report contained information <br />
