CASSELBERRY CTTY COMMISSION Minutes of November 16, 2020 — Regular Meeting Page 4 of 22 Introduction: Resolution 20-3207 provides for a Lease Agreement with Exhibits A through D and related documents pertaining to Contract No. 9909001967-00002 and Contract No. 9909001967-00003 with Truist Bank for replacement of vehicles and capital equipment in the amount of $733,864.20. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Capital lease proceeds and related expenditures have been included in the FY 2021 Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 20- 3207. C. Resolution 20-3208 — FY Fourth Quarter Budget Amendments and Transfers "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2019 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2020; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 20-3208 provides for formal adoption of budget amendments and budget transfers approved during the fourth quarter of FY 2020. Budget Impact: The Fourth Quarter Budget Amendment spreadsheet details changes to the budget as a result of Budget Amendments adopted by the City Commission at various meetings during the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2020. The Fourth Quarter Budget Transfer spreadsheet details changes made to the budget within each department as approved by the City Manager. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 20- 3208. D. Resolution 20-3209 — Bill of Sale for the Sausalito Shores Subdivision Wall "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A BILL OF SALE TO THE SAUSALITO SHORES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. FOR THE SAUSALITO SHORES SUBDIVISION WALL; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 20-3209 provides for approval of a Bill of Sale for the Sausalito Shores Subdivision Wall to the Sausalito Shores Homeowners' Association, Inc. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 20-3209.
