CASSLLBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of November 16, 2020 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 19 of 22 <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the City Clerk recommended the appointment of a Commission <br />member as the City Representative to the Seminole County School District Public Schools Facilities <br />Planning Committee (PSFPC). <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Commission regarding this item. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to appoint Commissioner Mark Busch as <br />the City's representative to the Seminole County School District Public <br />Schools Facilities Planning Committee (PSFPC). Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Meadows. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />D. Appointment of Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) <br />Alternate Representative <br />Staff Presentation: Commissioner Aramendia advised that he was currently the City's representative to <br />the Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) and also served as Chairman. <br />Commissioner Bill Hufford had been serving as the City's alternate representative to the Council and with <br />his departure from the City Commission, appointment of a new alternate was being requested. Mayor <br />Henson stated he would be willing to serve as the alternate representative to CALNO. <br />Budget Impact: This item has no Budget impact. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the City Clerk recommended the City Commission consider <br />appointment of an Alternate Representative to the Council of Local Governments in Seminole County <br />(CALNO). <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Commission regarding this item. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to appoint Mayor Dave Henson as the <br />City's alternate representative to the Council of Local Governments in <br />Seminole County (CALNO). Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Mayor Henson announced persons that wished to snake comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments.
