Mr. Bowman seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Mr. Mark Campbell left the meeting at 7:02 p.m. <br />Seventh Item of Business: ZB 19-06: 1085 Belle Avenue. A request to amend the Official Zoning Map from I <br />(Industrial) to CS (Commercial Service) for the property located at 1085 Belle Avenue. <br />Ms. Christina Hyson, Planner II, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated August 14, <br />2019 to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission. Ms. Hyson said staff recommends that the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission provide a favorable recommendation to the City Commission for ZB 19-06 to <br />amend the Official Zoning Map from I (Industrial) to CS (Commercial Service) for the subject property located at 1085 <br />Belle Avenue. She said staffs recommendation is based on the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report <br />dated August 14, 2019, and the following findings regarding the proposed change to the Official Zoning Map: <br />1. The requested amendment to the Official Zoning Map is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan <br />and the Commercial Future Land Use designation. <br />2. The requested amendment to the Official Zoning Map is compatible with the surrounding mix of land <br />uses and zoning districts. <br />3. City water and sanitary sewer services are available to the subject property. <br />Mr. Henson asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. David Auerbach, 1085 Belle Avenue, Winter Springs, <br />Florida, came forward. There were no questions for the applicant. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request. No one came forward. <br />In response to the Commission's question, Ms. Hyson stated that the City Clerk has requested the future <br />land use amendments and rezonings be presented at separate meetings. She said each item would require two <br />readings at the City Commission level. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address ZB 19-06. Mr. Hale made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission provide a favorable recommendation to the City Commission for ZB 19-06 to amend the Official Zoning <br />Map from I (Industrial) to CS (Commercial Service) for the subject property located at 1085 Belle Avenue based on <br />the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated August 14, 2019, and the three (3) findings regarding the <br />
