Mr. John Herbert, American Civil Engineering, 207 North <br />Moss Road, Suite 211, Winter Spring, Florida came forward. Mr. Herbert said he concurs with staffs comments and <br />looks forward to moving forward with the project. <br />In response to the Commission's question regarding the adjacent project, Mr. Fathelbab stated that staff <br />coordinated with the applicant for the Keystone Corner project for pedestrian connection. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address SP 16-04, Mr. Phillips made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission recommend approval with staffs conditions for case number SP 16-04, Legacy Place, final plat, <br />to the City Commission and find that based on the staff report and the testimony and evidence presented including <br />the two conditions of approval and Attachments A & B. Ms. Campbell seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />Eighth Item of Business: SP 19-06: Concord Park Commercial Subdivision — Final Plat. A request to <br />subdivide Lot 4 of the Lake Concord Park Unit 1, A Replat (PB 79 PG 90-93) into 3 parcels. <br />Mr. Dean Fathelbab, Economic Development Planner, reviewed the information provided in his <br />memorandum dated August 12, 2020 to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Dean <br />Fathelbab said staff recommends that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend approval with staffs <br />conditions of case number SP 19-06, Lake Concord Commercial Subdivision, final plat, to the City Commission and <br />find that based on the staff report and the testimony and evidence presented, the request meets the applicable <br />provisions of the Land Development Code and is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan as per the written findings <br />contained in the staff report. The conditions of approval are as follows: <br />1. The remaining comments from the third review, dated July 16, 2020 shall be addressed prior to review <br />and approval by the City Commission. <br />2. The City Surveyor, City Engineer, Community Development Director, City Clerk, and City Mayor shall <br />execute the signature block prior to recording of the plat. <br />Mr. Henson asked the applicant to come forward.
