The City requested a <br />correction date of August 6, 2020. If no compliance by August 6, 2020, then a fine of $50.00 per <br />day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requested a <br />subsequent hearing date of August 20, 2020 to determine compliance. The Special Magistrate <br />asked if there was anyone wishing to speak to this case and there was no one present. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -20-000122, located at 230 Mockingbird Ln., was <br />in violation of the City Code Section as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony <br />and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall <br />cure the violation by 1:00 P.M. August 6, 2020. If there is no compliance by August 6, 2020, then <br />a fine of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A <br />subsequent hearing will be held on August 20, 2020 to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASE NOT IN COMPLIANCE- REQUEST IMPOSITION OF FINE <br />CE -19-002518 1531 E Altamonte Dr. <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that case 19-002518, located at 1531 E Altamonte Dr., was not in <br />compliance and requested imposition of the $100 per day fine. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony, she also had <br />an affidavit of non-compliance from Officer Alcuri, indicating the property was not in compliance. <br />Based upon testimony and the affidavit, it was found that the property at 1531 E Altamonte Dr. <br />remained in non-compliance of the City Code as cited. The fine/lien was imposed in the amount <br />of $100 per day and will run until compliance is achieved. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASE IN COMPLIANCE- REQUEST IMPOSITION OF FINE <br />CE -19-002292 741 N Winter Park Dr. <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that case 19-002292, located at 741 N Winter Park Dr., was in <br />violation for 62 days and requested imposition of a fine of $75 per day, totaling $4,650. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony, she also had <br />an affidavit of non-compliance from Officer Acevedo, indicating the property was not in <br />compliance. Based upon testimony and the affidavit, it was found that the property at 741 N Winter <br />Park Dr. remained in non-compliance of the City Code as cited. The fine/lien was imposed in the <br />amount of $75 per day and will run until compliance is achieved. The property has since come into <br />compliance on May 13, 2020 was in violation for 62 days, a fine of $4,650 was imposed and will <br />be recorded as a lien. <br />CE -19-002181 519 El Dorado Way <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that case 19-002181, located at 519 El Dorado Way, was in violation <br />for 133 days and requested imposition of a fine of $50 per day, totaling $6,650. <br />3 1 P __ge <br />
