The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony, she also had <br />an affidavit of non-compliance from Officer Acevedo, indicating the property was not in <br />compliance. Based upon testimony and the affidavit, it was found that the property at 519 El <br />Dorado Way remained in non-compliance of the City Code as cited. The fine/lien was imposed in <br />the amount of $50 per day and will run until compliance is achieved.
