asked if there was anyone wishing to speak to this case and the property owner/representative was <br />present. <br />Christy Wolpe, daughter of the deceased property owner, gave testimony. <br />James Bryan, son of the deceased property owner, gave testimony. <br />The City withdrew case number CE -20-000029, due to compliance. <br />CE -20-000243 161 S. Triplet Lake Dr <br />Fence in disrepair; City Code 3-10.3.b.I <br />Fence appearance; City Code 2-7.10.c.8 <br />Overgrowth, weeds, trash and debris, ULDR Section 3-10.3.c.1 <br />Officer Alcuri provided testimony and read case information into record. The City requested a <br />correction date of August 30, 2020. If no compliance by August 30, 2020, then a fine of $100.00 <br />per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requested a <br />subsequent hearing date of September 17, 2020 to determine compliance. The Special Magistrate <br />asked if there was anyone wishing to speak to this case and the property owner was present. <br />Tammi Johnson, property owner gave testimony and presented a letter and evidence, marked as <br />composite exhibit A into evidence. <br />Jennifer Nix, Assistant City attorney entered Composite Exhibit B into evidence. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -20-000243, located at 161 S. Triplet Lake Dr., was <br />in violation of the City Code Section as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony <br />and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall <br />cure the violation by 1:00 P.M. August 30, 2020. If there is no compliance by August 30, 2020, <br />then a fine of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. <br />A subsequent hearing will be held on September 17, 2020 to determine if compliance has been <br />achieved. <br />CE -19-002503 139 Carriage Hill Dr. <br />• Accessory structures which are structurally deficient, City Code 3-10.A.6 <br />• Swimming pool standards, City Code 3-10.3.C.7 <br />Officer Acevedo provided testimony and read case information into record. The City requested a <br />correction date of October 14, 2020. If no compliance by October 14, 2020, then a fine of $100.00 <br />per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requested a <br />subsequent hearing date of October 15, 2020 to determine compliance. The Special Magistrate <br />asked if there was anyone wishing to speak to this case and there was no on present. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-002503 located at 139 Carriage Hill Dr., was <br />in violation of the City Code Section as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony <br />and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall <br />cure the violation by 1:00 P.M. August 30, 2020.
