CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING JULY 16, 2020 The City held its regular Code Enforcement hearing Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 6:30 p.m., in the City of Casselberry Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Ms. Karen Consalo, Esq. Special Magistrate, called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m. SPECIAL MAGISTRATE Karen Consalo, Esq. CITY STAFF PRESENT Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor Tim Alcuri, Senior Code Compliance Officer Micelania Acevedo, Code Compliance Officer Matt McDonald, Code Compliance Officer Brenda Jones, Recording Secretary FORMAT FOR PROCEEDINGS The Special Magistrate read the format for proceedings. SWEARING IN OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE The Special Magistrate swore in those who would testify. PLEDGE OF ALLIGIANCE The Special Magistrate led the Pledge of Allegiance. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Special Magistrate asked if anyone in the audience had any additions or corrections to the Minutes from the February 20, 2020 hearing; there were none. The Special Magistrate approved the Minutes from the February 20, 2020 hearing. STATEMENT OF EVIDENCE Supervisor Campbell advised that all events occurred within the corporate limits of the City. The Officer's notes, case narratives, testimony, photographs, supporting documents and PowerPoint presentation were all entered as part of the official record. The City requested a correction date of July 30, 2020. If no compliance by July 30, 2020, then a fine of $100.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter.
