<br />this case. Joseph Wuerz, 1400 Huntington Dr., stated he was waiting for a check and has not been working. The property
<br />has not been occupied, but Mr. Wuerz plans on moving back in, this will be fixed. The Special Magistrate stated this need
<br />to keep moving, and if the check does not come, another way needs to be figured out.

<br />respondent shall cure the violation by 1:00 P.M. October 12, 2019. If there is no compliance by October 12, 2019, then a
<br />fine of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A subsequent hearing will
<br />be held on November 14 2019, to determine if compliance has been achieved.
