The Special Magistrate asked staff to locate Mr. Lutz, she was going to reopen the case at 1523 Canterbury Cir., after this <br />current case was heard. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if anyone was present to speak for this case; there was a representative present to speak to <br />this case. Joseph Wuerz, 1400 Huntington Dr., stated he was waiting for a check and has not been working. The property <br />has not been occupied, but Mr. Wuerz plans on moving back in, this will be fixed. The Special Magistrate stated this need <br />to keep moving, and if the check does not come, another way needs to be figured out. <br />Discussion ensued. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-001200, located at 1400 Huntington Dr., was in violation of City Code <br />Section 1-4.3.a based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the <br />respondent shall cure the violation by 1:00 P.M. October 12, 2019. If there is no compliance by October 12, 2019, then a <br />fine of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A subsequent hearing will <br />be held on November 14 2019, to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />CE -19-000202 585 Queens Mirror Cir. <br />• Fence in disrepair; City Code 3-10.3.b.1 <br />• Overgrowth, weeds, trash and debris, ULDR Section 3-10.3.c.1 <br />• Swimming pool standards, ULDR Section 3-10.3.C.7 <br />• Exterior walls; Standard housing code 305.2 <br />Officer Eastwood, provided testimony and read case information into record.
