The Special Magistrate asked if anyone was present to speak for this case; there was no one present. The Special <br />Magistrate, made a finding that CE -19-001245, located at 291 Triplet Lake Dr., was in violation of City Code Section 3- <br />10.3.b.1, based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent <br />shall cure the violation by 1:00 P.M. October 12, 2019. If there is no compliance by October 12, 2019, then a fine of <br />$100.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A subsequent hearing will be held <br />on November 14, 2019, to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />CE -19-001288 505 El Dorado Way <br />• Overgrowth, weeds, trash and debris, ULDR Section 3-10.3.c.1 <br />• Swimming pool standards, ULDR Section 3-10.3.C.7 <br />Officer Eastwood, provided testimony and read case information into record. The City requests a correction date of <br />October 3, 2019. If no compliance by 10/03/2019, then a fine of $250.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of <br />noncompliance thereafter. The City requests a subsequent hearing date of October 10, 2019, to determine compliance. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if anyone was present to speak for this case; there was no one present. The Special Magistrate let the record reflect that that she had an affidavit of <br />Non-compliance, signed by Officer Eastwood. <br />The Special Magistrate found that the property failed to come into compliance, by the compliance date. A fine of $100 <br />per day was imposed, running from the date of non-compliance, until there is compliance. <br />19-000349 662 San Pablo Ave. <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised that this case was not in compliance with $100 per day fine as of August 16, 2019, and <br />there was an affidavit of non-compliance. The Special Magistrate let the record reflect that that she had an affidavit of <br />Non-compliance, signed by Officer Eastwood. <br />The Special Magistrate found that the property failed to come into compliance, by the compliance date.
