The Special Magistrate asked if anyone was present to speak for this case; there was no one present. The Special Magistrate, made a finding that CE -19-001245, located at 291 Triplet Lake Dr., was in violation of City Code Section 3- 10.3.b.1, based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violation by 1:00 P.M. October 12, 2019. If there is no compliance by October 12, 2019, then a fine of $100.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance.
