CE -19-001980 238 Colony Dr. <br />• Connection with Public System (water), City Code 86-162.A <br />Supervisor Campbell, provided testimony and read case information into record. The City requested a correction date of <br />November 29, 2019. If no compliance by November 29, 2019, then a fine of $250.00 per day should then be imposed for <br />each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requested a subsequent hearing date of December 12, 2019 to determine <br />compliance. The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone wishing to speak to this case and there was no one present. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-001980, located at 238 Colony Dr., was in violation of the City Code <br />Section as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement <br />Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violation by 1:00 P.M. December 2, 2019. If there is no <br />compliance by December 2, 2019, then a fine of $250.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property remains in <br />non-compliance. A subsequent hearing will be held on December 12, 2019, to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />NEW CASES WITHDRAWN DUE TO COMPLIANCE <br />19-001581 1400 Huntington Dr. <br />19-001801 136 Park Dr. <br />19-001842 211 S Triplet Lake Dr. <br />19-001873 507 W Grandview Way <br />19-001907 1405 Guinevere Dr. <br />19-001993 1442 Benwick Way <br />19-002034 323 W Melody Ln. <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised that the cases list above were in compliance prior to the hearing and would not be heard. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASES IN COMPLIANCE -REQUEST NO FINE IMPOSED <br />19-001191 1586 Hilltop Rd. <br />19-001374 1649 Lake Dr. <br />19-001568 1040 Seminola Blvd. <br />19-001849 601 Iris Rd. <br />19-001692 1061 Osceola Trl. <br />19-001447 2665 Cayman Way <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised that the cases listed above were in compliance prior to the hearing and no fines should be <br />imposed. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASES NOT IN COMPLIANCE -REQUEST IMPOSITION OF FINE <br />19-001070 212 Cannon Way <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised that case 19-001070 at 212 Cannon Way was not in compliance and requested imposition <br />of the fine. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony she also had an affidavit of non- <br />compliance from Officer Eastwood, indicating the property was not in compliance. Based upon testimony and the <br />affidavit, it was found that the property at 212 Cannon way remained in non-compliance of the City Code as cited. The <br />fine/lien was imposed in the amount of $250 per day and will run until compliance is achieved. <br />19-001200 1400 Huntington Dr. <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised that case 19-001200 at 1400 Huntinton Dr. was not in compliance and requested imposition <br />of the fine. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony she also had an affidavit of non- <br />compliance from Officer Eastwood, indicating the property was not in compliance. Based upon testimony and the <br />affidavit, it was found that the property at 1400 Huntington Dr. remained in non-compliance of the City Code as cited. <br />The fine/lien was imposed in the amount of $25 per day and will run until compliance is achieved. <br />5 1 P a g e <br />
