19-001245 291 Triplet Lake Dr. <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised that case 19-001245 at 291 Triplet Lake Dr. was not in compliance and requested <br />imposition of the fine. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony she also had an affidavit of non- <br />compliance from Officer Eastwood, indicating the property was not in compliance. Based upon testimony and the <br />affidavit, it was found that the property at 291 Triplet Lake Dr. remained in non-compliance of the City Code as cited. <br />The fine/lien was imposed in the amount of $100 per day and will run until compliance is achieved. <br />19-001274 1074 Timberlane Trl. <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised that case 19-001274 at 1074 Timberlane Trl. was not in compliance and requested <br />imposition of the fine. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony she also had an affidavit of non- <br />compliance from Officer Eastwood, indicating the property was not in compliance. Based upon testimony and the <br />affidavit, it was found that the property at 212 Cannon way remained in non-compliance of the City Code as cited. The <br />fine/lien was imposed in the amount of $250 per day and will run until compliance is achieved. <br />19-001766 3073 Autumn Ct. <br />Supervisor Campbell, advised that case 19-001766 at 3073 Autumn Ct. was not in compliance and requested imposition <br />of the fine. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony she also had an affidavit of non- <br />compliance from Officer Alcuri, indicating the property was not in compliance. Based upon testimony and the affidavit, <br />it was found that the property at 3073 Autumn Ct. remained in non-compliance of the City Code as cited.
