19-001245 291 Triplet Lake Dr. Supervisor Campbell, advised that case 19-001245 at 291 Triplet Lake Dr. was not in compliance and requested imposition of the fine. The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony she also had an affidavit of non- compliance from Officer Eastwood, indicating the property was not in compliance. Based upon testimony and the affidavit, it was found that the property at 291 Triplet Lake Dr. remained in non-compliance of the City Code as cited. The fine/lien was imposed in the amount of $100 per day and will run until compliance is achieved. 19-001274 1074 Timberlane Trl. Supervisor Campbell, advised that case 19-001274 at 1074 Timberlane Trl. was not in compliance and requested imposition of the fine. The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony she also had an affidavit of non- compliance from Officer Eastwood, indicating the property was not in compliance. The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony she also had an affidavit of non- compliance from Officer Eastwood, indicating the property was not in compliance. Supervisor Campbell, advised that case 19-001766 at 3073 Autumn Ct. was not in compliance and requested imposition of the fine. The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony she also had an affidavit of non- compliance from Officer Alcuri, indicating the property was not in compliance. Based upon testimony and the affidavit, it was found that the property at 3073 Autumn Ct. remained in non-compliance of the City Code as cited.
