<br />Officer Eastwood, provided testimony and read case information into record. The City requested a correction date of
<br />December 29, 2019. If no compliance by December 29, 2019, then a fine of $250.00 per day should then be imposed for
<br />each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requested a subsequent hearing date of January 9, 2020 to determine
<br />compliance. The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone wishing to speak to this case and there was no one present.

<br />Sections as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement
<br />Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violations by 1:00 P.M. December 29, 2019. If there is no
