<br />Matt McDonald, Code Compliance Officer, provided testimony and read case information into record. The
<br />property was found to be in violation on June 10, 2019. The City requests a correction date of June 27, 2019. If
<br />no compliance by June 27, 2019, then a fine of $50.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non-
<br />compliance thereafter. The City requests a subsequent hearing date of July 11, 2019 to determine compliance.
<br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-000453, located at 650 Kentia Rd. was in violation of City
<br />Code Section 3-10.9.b.2, based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement officer. It is ordered
<br />that the respondent shall cure the violations by 1:00 pm on June 27, 2019. If there is no compliance by June 27,
<br />2019, then a fine of $100.00 per day will be imposed for each day that the property remains in non-compliance.
