• Overgrowth, weeds, trash and debris, ULDR Section 3-10.3.c.1 <br />Fred Eastwood, Code Compliance Officer, provided testimony and read case information into record. The <br />property was found to be in violation on June 10, 2019. The City requests a correction date of July 28, 2019. If <br />no compliance by July 28, 2019, then a fine of $250.00 per day should be imposed for each day of non-compliance <br />thereafter. The City requests a subsequent hearing date of August 8, 2019 to determine compliance. <br />Sergio Winnik, 1561 Hilltop Rd. property owner provided testimony. Mr. Winnik advised that this project was <br />more than he thought it would be. He intended to keep the structure as a workshop. Once the house was put on <br />the property, the structure was found to be deficient due to a setback issue. <br />Discussion. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-000332, located at 1450 Hilltop Rd. was in violation of City <br />Code Sections 3-10.A.6 & 3-10.3.c.1, based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement <br />Officer. It is ordered that the respondent shall cure the violations by 1:00 pm on July 28, 2019. If there is no <br />compliance by July 28, 2019, then a fine of $150.00 per day will be imposed for each day that the property remains <br />in non-compliance. Mr. Bamundo advised that a storm and <br />the tenant left the deck in disrepair. Mr. Bamundo did not know he needed a permit to do a deck repair. <br />Mr. Bamundo advised that he had to come to (City Hall) several times and the handicapped parking is over 100 <br />yards away from any door.
