Discussion. <br />Sharon Rutherford, 300 Secret Way Cir, property owner provided testimony. Ms. Rutherford provided a roofing <br />proposal. <br />The Special Magistrate entered into record a roofing proposal from Brian Sykes Roofing as Exhibit A. <br />Ms. Rutherford described the proposal and the ordeal she has had in getting a new roof for her home. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -18-002708, located at 300 Secret Way Cir was in violation of City <br />Code Section 3-10.3.a.4, based on testimony and evidence presented by the Code Enforcement Officer and <br />property owner. It was ordered that the respondent should cure the violations by 1:OOpm on July 28, 2019 that if <br />there is no compliance by July 28, 2019, a fine of $100.00 per day will be imposed for each day the property <br />remains in non-compliance. A subsequent hearing will be held on August 8, 2019 to determine if compliance has <br />been achieved. <br />18-003485 291 Triplet Lake Dr. <br />• Withdrawn <br />Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised that this case was being withdrawn from the hearing and <br />will be heard at another date. No further action was taken. <br />CE -19-000111 913 Ashley Ct. <br />• Unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicle(s), ULDR Section 3-10.9.f <br />Matt McDonald, Code Compliance Officer, provided testimony and read case information into record. The <br />property was found to be in violation on June 10, 2019. The City requests a correction date of June 27, 2019. If <br />no compliance by June 27, 2019, then a fine of $50.00 per day should then be imposed for each day of non- <br />compliance thereafter. The City requests a subsequent hearing date of July 11, 2019 to determine compliance. <br />Matt McDonald, Code Compliance Officer advised that he had contact with the property owner, but nothing was <br />done to correct the violation. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the respondent was present. There was no one present. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -19-000111, located at 913 Ashley Ct. was in violation of City <br />Code Section 3-10.9.f, based on testimony and evidence provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It is ordered <br />that the respondent shall cure the violations by 1:00 pm on June 27, 2019. If there is no compliance by June 27, <br />2019, then a fine of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each day that the property remains in non-compliance. A <br />subsequent hearing will be held on July 11, 2019 to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />19-000195 467 S Triplet Lake Dr. <br />• In compliance before hearing <br />Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised that this case was found in compliance prior to the hearing <br />and would not be heard.
